At Cheeky Harvest, we combine modern vertical farming with hydroponics to grow microgreens and edible flowers in an indoor farm in St Paul. This sustainable farming method is 100% pesticide-free while using 70% less water than open-field farming.
Our controlled environment means we can produce mouth-watering microgreens and edible flowers year-round. Our prime location in the heart of the city means your greens are harvested just hours before delivery.
A study by the USDA found microgreens can have up to 40 times more nutrients than mature plants.
Being located in South Minneapolis means there are no trucks or planes in our supply chain.
Local orders, weather permitting, will be delivered by pedal power.
Our containers and ice packs are all reusable. We collect them each week when we deliver your next order.
We never use any herbicides or pesticides on our farm. We use nature's toolkit, allowing our plants to thrive.
We harvest early morning so deliveries can be made on the same day.
