All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) at
which point you will receive an order confirmation email.
Shipping
Due to the perishable nature of microgreens Cheeky Harvest presently do not ship our
products within any postal service.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Local delivery
Local deliveries are made by Cheeky Harvest via bicycle or vehicle at a cost of $5 for all zip codes listed below and on the website (www.cheekyharvest.com). We also have a zip code function at the checkout stage to ensure your location is within our delivery zone.

If your location is outside of the delivery zone you can contact us info@cheekyharvest.com to ask if delivery is possible for an additional charge.
What time will I receive my delivery?
Deliveries are made between 7am – 7pm on Wednesdays. During the ordering process you will select a suitable 2-hour delivery window to ensure you can be home to receive said delivery. On the delivery day we will send a text message reminder that we are on route.
Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
Due to the delicate nature of microgreens, we do recommend you are home to receive your delivery so you can get the product into a refrigerator.
In-store pickup
We presently do not offer product pickup from the farm.
How long does it take to receive my order?
When you place an order, we allocate a space in the farm to grow your greens. It takes 14 days to get into the farm rotation, therefore you will receive your first delivery the first Wednesday after 14 days has passed and then every week thereafter.
